Hello and happy Thursday! Today’s product review is of South Concho Food Co.’s cinnamon rolls! WOW, are you in for a treat! I have never found a gluten-free cinnamon roll to buy from anywhere that was this amazing. There has never been anything close!

The cinnamon filling to bread roll ratio is *just right* and there is plenty of sweet icing for every bite of cinnamon roll. The texture of the cinnamon roll is soft and pillowy and the taste is superb. If you happen to buy this cinnamon roll chilled, this warms up just right at 8 minutes in the oven at 350*F and your home will smell just like freshly baked homemade cinnamon rolls!

A little about South Concho Food Co.: everything is always 100% gluten-free and the owner, Chelsea, also provides options for dairy-free/vegan options. She is always open to hear your dietary needs and can often make alterations to your meal order to accommodate. The menu is different every week and the daily options for each meal of the day are varied. Other options besides singular meals that Chelsea offers are catering services of any size, meal prepping, and meal planning. Pricing is always clearly marked so you know what to expect at the cash register.

For breakfast and snacks, there is always a selection of high-protein muffins, protein bars, overnight oats, and sweet breads.

For lunch and dinner, there is always a selection of macro bowls, casseroles, and some kind of protein with rice.

South Concho Food Co. is open 09:00am-05:00pm Monday through Friday and is located just off Southwest Blvd in San Angelo. Go check out the website or visit the storefront! This is absolutely the safest place for you to eat in San Angelo if you are needing gluten-free food that is from from cross-contact with gluten. There isn’t another restaurant of this caliber of safety for hours around.
