Product Review: Pepper’s Homemade Goods Y’all – Lubbock, TX

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Sausage Cheese Balls

This pre-made mix has been the best product I’ve tried from Pepper’s Homemade Goods Y’all and was very easy to make! Pepper recommends to use Daiya brand dairy-free plain cream cheese and VioLife brand dairy-free cheddar shreds. I’m not sure I’ve ever tasted such delicious sausage cheese balls ever before!

I recommend using a large bowl to combine all the ingredients. Into your bowl, combine until thoroughly mixed:

– 1 lb spicy breakfast sausage, uncooked (ensure it’s gluten-free)

– 8 oz Daiya brand dairy-free cream cheese

– 4-8 oz VioLife brand dairy-free cheddar shreds (depending on how cheese you like it)

– 1 package Pepper’s Homemade Goods Y’all sausage cheese ball flour mix

Roll into golf ball-sized portions and bake according to instructions. Allow to cool and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These warm up very well in the microwave.

This earthenware crock is similar to what I have in my kitchen and what I use when mixing up batter and dough. It is large and always fits whatever I need, even when doubling my recipes.

I hope this product review helps you make informed decisions. Next time you’re in Lubbock, stop by the Wolfforth Farmer’s Market and check out her stall!
