Hello and happy Tuesday! With the cooler weather here, it’s time for some warm drinks! Hot chocolate is perfect for Autumn and can be enjoyed at any part of the day. I haven’t been able to find a gluten-free and dairy-free hot chocolate mix in stores so I decided to make my own. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1.5 cups cocoa powder Make sure it's gluten-free
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1.5 cups coconut milk powder
2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine Ingredients
Into an airtight container, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, coconut mild powder, and salt. Either whisk to thoroughly combine or close the lid and shake well to combine.
Mark as complete

To Serve:
Use 2-3 Tbsp of hot chocolate mix per mug and combine with hot water or hot dairy-free milk.
