Hello and happy Sunday! Today’s brief recipe is my favorite Saturday morning smoothie, perfect to drink before going to the farmer’s market or after a brisk morning walk. It takes just a few minutes from start to finish to make this smoothie. This smoothie is high in vitamin C and I estimate ~300 calories.

1 banana
1 peach, large
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup orange juice

Directions

Blend Ingredients
Into a blender or VitaMix, blend the banana, peach, pineapple, and orange juice until smooth.
Serve chilled. Split into 2 cups to serve 2 people as a side for breakfast or pour into a large cup for one as breakfast meal.
